iQX Amplify Privacy Policy

NOTICE TO USERS feel free to email us directly at support@iqxcorp.com with any questions, criticisms and suggestions.

We at iQX Amplify (“Amplify”) know that you care about how your personal and business information is used, and we take your privacy very seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy policy. By visiting the www.iqxcorp.com website and domain name (collectively, the “Website”), and/or using our mobile application(s) (collectively, the “Apps”) and/or any other linked pages, features, content, or application services offered from time to time by Amplify in connection therewith (collectively the “Service”), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1. WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

This Privacy Policy covers Amplify’s treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that Amplify gathers when you access the Website, Apps and/or use some other features of the Service. This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Amplify does not own or control, or to individuals that Amplify does not employ or manage.

2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES AMPLIFY COLLECT?

The information we gather enables us to personalize and improve our services. We collect the following types of information from our users:

i. Personal Information You Provide to Us

We receive and store any information you enter on the Website, in the Apps or provide to us in any other way. The types of Personal Information collected can include your full name, email address, IP address, browser information, password and any other information necessary for us to provide the Service, including the usernames and passwords for your accounts and profiles on third-party sites with which the Service may interoperate. You can choose not to provide us with certain information, but then you may not be able to take advantage of many of our special features. The Personal Information you provide is used for such purposes as answering questions, sending product updates, and communicating with you about Amplify’s products and services, including specials and new features.

ii. Personal Information Collected Automatically

a. We receive and maintain certain types of information whenever you interact with our Website, our Apps or use another feature of our Service. Amplify automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you requested and by using our Website and/or Apps, you may at times be initiating and/or requesting and/or consenting to the transfer of personal information automatically collected to a country that may offer a lesser level of protection of the rights and freedoms of data subjects in relation to the processing of Personal Data.

b. More generally, our Service automatically collects usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Website and its components, or user preference data. Amplify only uses this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, and not in a manner that would identify you personally. This type of aggregate data enables us to better understand how often customers use parts of the Website, our Apps or another feature of the Service so that we can make the Website and Apps appealing to as many customers as possible, and improve the Service. As part of this use of information, we may provide aggregate information to our partners about how our customers, collectively, use our Service. We share this type of statistical data so that our partners also understand how often people use our Service, so that they, too, may provide you with an optimal experience. Again, Amplify never discloses aggregate information to a partner in a manner that would identify you personally.

iii. Email Communications

We often receive a confirmation when you open an email from Amplify if your computer supports this type of program. Amplify uses this confirmation to help us make emails more interesting and helpful. We also compare our customer list to lists received from other companies, in an effort to avoid sending unnecessary messages to our customers.

iv. Other Information We Receive From You

We receive data about you whenever you use or are using Amplify, such as when you click on, view or otherwise interact with things, or make purchases through Amplify.

We receive data from or about the computer, mobile phone, or other devices you use to launch our Website and/or install our Apps or to access Amplify, including when multiple users log in from the same device. This may include network and communication information, such as your IP address, and other information about things like your internet service, operating system, location, the type (including identifiers) of the device or browser you use, or the pages you visit. For example, we may get your GPS or other location information so we could request device information to improve how our Website and Apps work on your device.

Sometimes we get data from our affiliates or from clients of our affiliates that use technologies from our affiliates to propagate the information you are receiving and interacting with, from customers and other third parties that help us (or them) deliver ads, understand online activity, and generally make Amplify a better product. For example, an advertiser may tell us information about you (like how you responded to an ad on Amplify or on another site) in order to measure the effectiveness of - and improve the quality of - ads.

When we get your GPS location, we put it together with other location information we have about you (like your current city). But we only keep it until it is no longer useful to provide you services, like keeping your last GPS coordinates to send you relevant notifications.

v. Information You Choose To Make Public

Choosing to make your information public is exactly what it sounds like: anyone, will be able to see it. Choosing to make your information public also means that this information:

i.can be associated with you (i.e., your name, company, etc.), even off Amplify;

ii.can show up when someone does a search on a public search engine.

Sometimes you will not be able to select an audience when you distribute something from DB Plugin. This is because some types of information are publicly available in varying geographic places through the internet.

vi. Access on Phones and Other Devices

Once you distribute information from Amplify, the recipients of that distributed information may be able to sync it with or access it via any web enabled internet browser. For example, if you market one of your products to someone, they may be able to use third party applications or devices to sync that information.

3. WHAT ABOUT COOKIES?

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that we transfer to your mobile or computer hard drive through your browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when pages in our Website and/or Apps are visited and by how many people. Ads appearing on the Website and/or Apps or in other features of the Service may be delivered to users by our advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. This Privacy Policy covers the use of cookies by Amplify and does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers.

v. Protection of Amplify and Others

This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

vi. With Your Consent
